???? How Does It Ship?
All large orders are shipped via freight carrier, not small parcel (like UPS or FedEx). Your playset will arrive on a pallet—packed, crated, and ready for assembly.
- Shipments include a complete assembly manual & pre-drilled components (like posts, ladders, and rock walls)
- We use lift-gate trucks so your pallet can be lowered right onto your driveway or curb
You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
???? Where Does It Get Delivered?
We deliver to your driveway or curbside—as close as the delivery truck can safely get.
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
- Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the receipt, and contact us within 7 days for help
Pro tip: Are playsets are solid. Like really heavy-duty solid and HEAVY. Where the kit is dropped it will stay until you unpack it. Our drivers can’t assist with unloading beyond the lift-gate drop. So pick a good spot!


⚠️ Important Site & Access Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery:
- Road must be at least 10 ft wide, with no low overhangs or tight corners
- No weight restrictions that prevent truck access
- Remove any obstructions from the delivery area (furniture, vehicles, trash bins, etc.)
- Keep pets and children away during delivery for safety
- Let us know in advance if you live in a gated community, remote area, steep driveway, or tight-access location—additional charges may apply contact for details.

What to Do When It Arrives
- Carefully inspect all sides of the packaging
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- If something is damaged or missing, don’t panic—contact us right away, and we’ll make it right.
- In rare cases, you may reject the shipment only if damage is extensive and documented

???? Shipping Regions & Restrictions
- Free Shipping is available to the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states)
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Canada, or international locations at this time.
- Alaska & Hawaii: We can ship there, but air freight will cost more. After you place your order, we’ll contact you with a quote. You can cancel for a full refund if the charges don’t work for you.
- All freight deliveries are by appointment only, weekdays between 8 AM – 5 PM
- Storage fees may apply if delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability
- If we cannot deliver due to incorrect addresses, road access issues, or missed appointments, re-delivery or return fees may apply
- Weather, traffic, holidays, and other factors may affect shipping timelines—but we’ll always keep you updated
