Return Policy for Swing Kingdom Purchases

We stand behind the quality of our products! It’s part of our worry-free shopping policy.

RETURN POLICY

FREE RETURNS. Please inspect your playset upon arrival and prior to installation—or immediately following professional installation—for any damage or defects. If your playset arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Failure to perform this inspection may result in ineligibility for returns or replacements. Please review your order fully and understand the return policies.
Remember that our playsets are heavyweight champions of durability and safety—nothing like the shaky, flimsy swing sets you’ll find on online swing set sites or look-alike copycats.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacement Product:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost. It’s part of our worry-free shopping policy!
Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging and be shipped pre-paid to Swing Kingdom. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations.

Submit Request:

Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All returns require an RGA number and returns received without an RGA will be returned to sender. Include the information requested along with the type of request. Repair, Replacement, or Refund.
Customer Service Team Action: A Customer Service Team Member will reach out for the next steps, which may include requesting additional pictures, clarification, or an on-site virtual site inspection to determine the proper remedy to the request.
Shipping: If returns of product(s) is required, we will provide the shipping method chosen by Customer Service. Shipping costs back to the manufacturer may be covered by the manufacturer, depending upon the Customer Service action.
Inspection: Upon receipt of all products, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria.

Refunds:

Restocking Fee: A standard 18% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is reason is not due to sending an incorrect item(s), items arrived damaged, or did not work because of a manufacturing defect.
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection approval. In place of a refund, a credit may be issued by Customer Service for the full amount of purchase if desired.
Non-Refundable Costs: Because of the varying global shipping industry standards, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
• We sent the incorrect item(s)
• Item(s) arrived damaged
• Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Orders: Playsets customized to specific requirements are non-returnable.
Assembled/Installed Items: For safety procedures – Products that have been assembled or installed are not eligible for return.

Purchases Through Authorized Dealers:

If you purchased your playset through an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer directly to initiate the return process, as their return policies may apply.
