Commercial Limited Lifetime, 20-Year, and 5-Year Warranty
Swing Kingdom warrants to the original purchaser at the original installation address that the structural components of the playground system—including vinyl PVC and structural wood—are covered by a 20-year warranty, provided the product is used in a privately owned establishment and is installed by a certified Swing Kingdom installer.
Note: Swing Kingdom units are built to meet CPSC guidelines and ASTM standards but have not been tested for general public use.
Additionally, all canopies, slides, metal components, swings, and accessories are warranted for 5 years from the date of original purchase, with the exception of the following items, which are not covered under this warranty:
- Megaphone
- Binoculars
- Spotlight
- Telescope
- Steering wheel
- Ship’s wheel
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to properly maintain the product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
- Any alterations, additions, or relocation of the product, which will void this warranty.
Swing Kingdom products are not warranted for any specific purpose; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine suitability.
Warranty Claims & Process
Swing Kingdom reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of any claimed defect and may require the return of the product for inspection. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid by the purchaser.
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Swing Kingdom will remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe. The resolution may include repair or replacement of the defective part. If repair or replacement is impractical, Swing Kingdom will reimburse the original purchaser for the value of the defective part. Freight costs for replacement parts are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the purchaser.
Additional Information
- Adult supervision is recommended when using the play system to ensure safety.
- For safety and product improvement, Swing Kingdom reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice.
